The founder of the organization, Late Shri Thongam Nimaichand, had immensely dedicated his life with the marginalized. He brought forward the idea of sustainable Income Generation Programme (IGP) involving different group of community. He initiated an idea of building community resources and assets where one and all can walk in and live a life peacefully. This, he thought is possible with the involvement and ownership of the community themselves.

Taking forward his ethos and vision, the foundation has move forward with implementing different programme with the underprivileged to convert his ideas into reality.
