Makers Foundation along with CADAP and host of 12 Drug Rehabilitation Centreswhich conducted AkzoNobel painting course, in the state, will be organizing Annual Football Tournament exclusively for the community of Alcohol and Drug users.

The initiative to organize such tournament with the community is to unite and stand against stigma and discrimination faced by the community. Such tournament encourages the community to stay healthy, prevent relapse and empower them physically and psychologically.

This initiative to host and organize the event is being, since 2019. The present year (2023), the tournament is planned from 20th April 2023 to 26th April 2023. The finale is planned on 3rd of May 2023. This is the fourth year of the tournament and more than 15 teams are expected to take part in the tournament. The ceremony will be grace by officials of Social Welfare Department along with different dignitaries of the state and will be telecast live in some of the local channels.

During the finale - closing ceremony of the tournament, the training certificate of AKZONOBEL painting course implemented with Drug Rehabilitation centre in the state will be distributed.
